This needle is perfect for piecing and quilting multiple layers of cotton fabrics and batting. The long, sharp point penetrates the multiple layers and creates straight stitches with ease. With a unique curved design at the clearance-above-the-eye "CAE" stress point distributes pressure equally which makes Klasse needles much stronger then other flat conventional needles.
