U.S. orders over $200 ship for FREE!

Orders are shipped via USPS.

Pick Up In-Store


Orders are prepared for pick up Monday-Friday from 10am - 5pm PST only. Most orders are ready within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.

Returns/Exchanges

We hope you’ll love your purchases, but in case you need to make a return or exchange, our policy is simple: Please return the item by mail or in person, with the original packing slip, within 30 days. If applicable, as noted below, a full refund will be made in the original form of payment. Exchanges of in-stock merchandise will be mailed out within 3 business days of receipt of the returned item; if the item is not in stock, we will contact you with the anticipated delivery date.


All cut fabric purchases are final except where damaged

All book and pattern purchases are final per Federal Copyright law and cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for cash (unless damaged or required by state law).

Notions can be returned or exchanged if unused and in original packaging; damaged notions will be replaced at no charge.

All gift card purchases are final. Gift cards cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for cash (unless required by state law), and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
